About us

What inspired Above & Beyond Support Services CC, is working in the Community Services sector for 16 years and having my own teenagers with disabilities. I have a great sense of pride in my work. Our approach to cleaning and support services is unique because we are very adaptive, professional and don't judge. I studied my Cert IV and Diploma in Community Services to ensure I provide excellent service.

We focus on delivering Cleaning, deep cleaning, gardening, weeding etc., Bond cleans, Pressure cleaning, and cleaning hoarders' homes. Each clean will always have a goal that we discuss together.

I'm also studying part-time for my Bachelor of Social Science Counselling to improve my service. I have always been very non-judgemental and empathetic, understanding why we all need support with different things. I respect that it's an emotional subject, so we spend time talking to each other to assist you in unpacking some emotional issues. We are there to listen and be there for the ups and downs.

Our commitment

We had an elderly lady who lived alone with no supports. I assisted her to get connected to an Aged Care Package so she could get the assistance she needed to stay at home. We didn't charge her for this because my heart broke seeing someone with no support. I did cleaning for a cheaper rate so I could assist her with the hoarding. We built a relationship that will last a lifetime.

Above & Beyond Support Services CC's goal is to serve the Central Coast community, and our future is bright!

I would love for our small start up business could become a viable business that's competitive with rates. Plus we worker harder than alot of other big companies because you are assigned one worker.
